We have a wonderful, talented and experienced team that has been with our school for many years. Our teachers are qualified with many years of experience in early childhood education. They are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, fun and stimulating environment for our children to learn and grow. Our teachers keep close contact with our parents to ensure relevant feedback about each child’s individual needs are met. This is to ensure that they receive the support and guidance they need to develop to their full potential.

Julanda Meyer

OWNER

Julanda has been the owner and administrator of the school since 1996. She is well qualified in the field of education, and has over 45 years of experience teaching kids of various ages. Julanda monitors the developmental progress of all our pre-schoolers and regularly discuss their individual needs with the team. She ensures that parents receive regular reports and feedback if any extra intervention is needed to meet developmental goals.

Magician Heather

ADMININISTRATION

Heather is our school’s golden fairy godmother and makes all sorts of magic happen around the school. She makes admin disappear into files, food appear out of nowhere and ensures broken things get fixed with a flick of a phone. In the afternoons, she also ensures the homework of our aftercare kids are done and dusted by the time their parents pick them up.

Teacher Leoni

SCHOOL PRINCIPAL

Leoni Kritzinger is our school principle and teaches the Grade RR class. She has been with us since 2007. Leonie is passionate about guiding young children through the important formative years and spends a lot of one-one teaching time with the kids in her class. She brings a wonderful, calm presence to our school that makes our kids feel safe and loved.

Teacher Robyn

GRADE R's

My name is Robyn Atterbury, and I teach the Grade R Care Bear class. I’ve been with our school since 2015 in different capacities and have experience working with 4 to 6-year-olds. Getting to see them grow in confidence, kindness, and curiosity is the best part of my job. I’m all about creating a warm, playful space where the kids feel safe and happy, and I believe this is how we help them develop a lifelong love for learning. It’s so meaningful to me to show up every day and watch their journey unfold
Teacher Minet

TODDLERS

With seven years of experience in Early Childhood Development, I have dedicated my career to nurturing the growth and learning of toddlers up to age five. I create a safe, stimulating environment where children explore, play, and develop essential skills in language, motor coordination, and social interaction. My teaching philosophy emphasizes patience, creativity, and individualized attention, recognizing that each child learns at their own pace. By fostering curiosity and confidence, I help children build a strong foundation for lifelong learning. Seeing their progress and joy in discovery remains the most rewarding part of my work.
Teacher Natalie
